She & She (the "App", "we", "us") is operated by First Lemo, a company registered at Doha, Qatar ("Company"). She & She is a ride-hailing platform operating in Qatar that connects women riders with women drivers, and offers a supervised family account option that lets a parent or guardian ("Parent") link a teen's account to their own.

We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account & identity data — first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth (for teen accounts, used to verify eligibility), gender, profile photo, and your chosen language (Arabic/English).
Location data — when you request or take a ride, we collect the precise pickup and drop-off addresses and coordinates, the calculated route, and a route history (a recorded trail of GPS points) for the duration of the trip. Saved places (e.g. "Home", "Work") are stored with their addresses and coordinates if you choose to save them.
Ride & activity data — ride requests, ride status and history, driver assignment, ratings you give or receive, and favorite drivers.
Payment data — your preferred payment method, wallet balance and currency (QAR), promotional credits, referral codes, and transaction metadata (amount, currency, fare breakdown, payment status) processed through our payment gateway. We do not store your full card number — card data is handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor.
Family & teen account data (see Section 6 for more detail) — for family groups: each family member's role (parent/teen), a teen's linked spending limits (per-ride and monthly), allowed riding hours, an optional home/geofence area, and — for the child profile itself — name, age, and photo.
Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and general usage analytics to help us maintain and improve the App.
We use your data to:
Our lawful bases for processing include: performance of a contract with you (providing the ride-hailing service), your consent (e.g. for a Parent linking a teen account, or for optional saved places), our legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, service improvement), and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal data only as needed to operate the service:
Precise location is core to how a ride-hailing app functions — we cannot match you with a driver or calculate a fare without it. We collect location only: (a) while you have an active ride request or trip, and (b) if you choose to save a place (e.g. Home/Work) for faster future bookings. Background location collection (tracking your location when the App is closed or not in active use) is not enabled in this App.
Your ride's route history is retained as part of your ride history (see Section 8) and is visible to you, to the assigned driver for that ride, and — for a teen's rides — to the linked Parent, as described in Section 6.
She & She's family feature is designed for households where a Parent supervises a teen's rides. This section describes what that means for privacy:
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations (e.g. financial record-keeping requirements under Qatari law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Ride and route history is retained for 24 months from the ride date, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion — see Section 9.
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting who inside our organization can view sensitive data (e.g. teen account details, payment metadata), and regular security review of our infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
Subject to Qatari law and any applicable exceptions, you (or, for a teen account, the linked Parent) may:

We process personal data of users located in Qatar in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protection of Personal Data Privacy and its implementing regulations. This includes the principles of purpose limitation, data minimization, and the rights described in Section 9.
Where personal data is processed or stored outside Qatar (for example, by a cloud hosting provider), we take steps designed to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law, including contractual safeguards with our providers.
The She & She mobile app may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand app usage and crash reports; it does not use browser cookies (this is a native mobile app, not a website).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

تُشغَّل She & She ("التطبيق"، "نحن") من قِبل First Lemo، شركة مسجّلة في الدوحة، قطر ("الشركة"). She & She هي منصة لطلب الرحلات تعمل في قطر وتربط الراكبات بسائقات، وتوفر خيار حساب عائلي يتيح لولي الأمر ربط حساب ابنته/ابنه الشاب بحسابه.

نجمع فئات البيانات الشخصية التالية:
بيانات الحساب والهوية — الاسم الأول واسم العائلة، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، تاريخ الميلاد (لحسابات الشباب، للتحقق من الأهلية)، الجنس، الصورة الشخصية، ولغتك المفضلة (العربية/الإنجليزية).
بيانات الموقع — عند طلب رحلة أو ركوبها، نجمع عناوين وإحداثيات نقطتي الانطلاق والوصول الدقيقة، والمسار المحسوب، وسجل مسار (سلسلة نقاط GPS مسجّلة) طوال مدة الرحلة. الأماكن المحفوظة (مثل "المنزل" أو "العمل") تُخزَّن بعناوينها وإحداثياتها إذا اخترتِ حفظها.
بيانات الرحلات والنشاط — طلبات الرحلات، حالة الرحلة وسجلها، تعيين السائقة، التقييمات التي تمنحينها أو تتلقينها، والسائقات المفضلات.
بيانات الدفع — طريقة الدفع المفضلة، رصيد المحفظة وعملتها (ريال قطري)، الأرصدة الترويجية، رموز الإحالة، وبيانات وصفية للمعاملات (المبلغ، العملة، تفاصيل الأجرة، حالة الدفع) تُعالَج عبر بوابة الدفع الخاصة بنا. لا نخزّن رقم البطاقة الكامل — تُدار بيانات البطاقة مباشرة عبر معالج الدفع المتوافق مع معيار PCI-DSS.
بيانات الحساب العائلي وحسابات الشباب (انظر القسم 6 للتفاصيل) — لكل مجموعة عائلية: دور كل فرد (ولي أمر/شاب)، حدود الإنفاق المرتبطة بحساب الشاب (لكل رحلة وشهريًا)، ساعات الركوب المسموحة، منطقة جغرافية اختيارية، وبالنسبة لملف الطفل نفسه — الاسم والعمر والصورة.
بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام — نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، إصدار التطبيق، سجلات الأعطال، وتحليلات استخدام عامة تساعدنا على صيانة التطبيق وتحسينه.
نستخدم بياناتك من أجل:
تشمل الأسس القانونية لمعالجتنا: تنفيذ العقد المبرم معك (تقديم خدمة طلب الرحلات)، موافقتك (مثل ربط ولي الأمر لحساب شاب، أو حفظ الأماكن الاختياري)، مصالحنا المشروعة (السلامة، منع الاحتيال، تحسين الخدمة)، والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
نشارك البيانات الشخصية فقط بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة:
الموقع الدقيق أساسي لعمل أي تطبيق لطلب الرحلات — لا يمكننا مطابقتك بسائقة أو حساب الأجرة بدونه. نجمع الموقع فقط: (أ) أثناء وجود طلب رحلة أو رحلة نشطة، و(ب) إذا اخترتِ حفظ مكان (مثل المنزل/العمل) لتسريع الحجوزات المستقبلية. جمع الموقع في الخلفية (تتبع موقعك عند إغلاق التطبيق أو عدم استخدامه فعليًا) غير مفعّل في هذا التطبيق.
يُحتفظ بسجل مسار رحلتك ضمن سجل رحلاتك (انظر القسم 8)، وهو مرئي لك، وللسائقة المعيَّنة لتلك الرحلة، ولولي الأمر المرتبط في حال كانت الرحلة لحساب شاب، كما هو موضح في القسم 6.
صُمِّمت ميزة العائلة في She & She للأسر التي يُشرف فيها ولي الأمر على رحلات حساب الشاب. يوضح هذا القسم ما يعنيه ذلك من منظور الخصوصية:
نحتفظ بالبيانات الشخصية طوال فترة نشاط حسابك، ولفترة معقولة بعد ذلك للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية (مثل متطلبات حفظ السجلات المالية بموجب القانون القطري)، وحل النزاعات، وتطبيق اتفاقياتنا. يُحتفظ بسجل الرحلات والمسارات لمدة 24 شهرًا من تاريخ الرحلة، وبعدها تُحذف أو تُخفى هويتها. يمكنك طلب حذف أبكر — انظر القسم 9.
نطبّق ضمانات إدارية وتقنية ومادية مصممة لحماية بياناتك الشخصية، بما يشمل تشفير البيانات أثناء النقل، وضوابط وصول تحدد من يمكنه داخل مؤسستنا الاطلاع على البيانات الحساسة (مثل تفاصيل حساب الشاب وبيانات الدفع)، ومراجعة أمنية دورية لبنيتنا التحتية. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، ونشجعك على استخدام كلمة مرور قوية وفريدة لحسابك.
وفقًا للقانون القطري وأي استثناءات معمول بها، يمكنك (أو لولي الأمر المرتبط في حالة حساب الشاب):

نعالج البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين المتواجدين في قطر وفقًا للقانون رقم 13 لسنة 2016 بشأن حماية خصوصية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه التنفيذية. ويشمل ذلك مبادئ تحديد الغرض وتقليل البيانات والحقوق الموضحة في القسم 9.
عند معالجة البيانات الشخصية أو تخزينها خارج قطر (مثلاً لدى مزود استضافة سحابية)، نتخذ خطوات مصممة لضمان حصولها على مستوى حماية يتوافق مع هذه السياسة والقانون المعمول به، بما يشمل ضمانات تعاقدية مع مزوّدينا.
قد يستخدم تطبيق She & She للجوال تحليلات أساسية تحترم الخصوصية لفهم استخدام التطبيق وتقارير الأعطال؛ ولا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (هذا تطبيق جوال أصلي، وليس موقعًا إلكترونيًا).
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُخطرك عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني قبل سريان التغييرات. يعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة أحدث مراجعة.
