By creating an account or using the She & She mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are entered into between you and First Lemo ("Company", "we", "us").
You must be at least 18 years old to create a standard adult account. A person between 13 and 17 years old may use the App only through a teen account linked to a Parent's family group, and only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian ("Parent") who agrees to these Terms on the teen's behalf and remains responsible for the teen's use of the App, including all charges incurred. Where these Terms refer to "you" for a teen account, they apply to both the teen user and the linked Parent, as context requires.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sheandshe.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information (including date of birth for teen accounts, used solely to verify eligibility) and to keep it up to date.
She & She connects riders with independent drivers to arrange transportation. We are a technology platform that facilitates ride arrangement — we are not a transportation carrier, and drivers are not our employees. We do not guarantee driver availability, ride timing, or that any particular route or fare estimate will be exact. Ride features include on-demand booking, scheduled rides, and standing orders, subject to availability in your area.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable service fees, and are shown before you confirm a booking; the final fare may vary based on the actual route taken. You may pay by wallet balance, saved card, or cash, where available. Wallet top-ups and promotional credits are non-transferable and, unless required by law, non-refundable except at our discretion. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a confirmed ride after a driver has been dispatched; the applicable fee is shown in the App at the time of cancellation. Disputed charges should be raised via Help & Support in the App within 14 days of the charge.
Where a teen account is linked to a family group:
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or endanger any driver or other user; provide false information (including about your age or identity); attempt to circumvent safety features, fare calculation, or family-account spending controls; or use the App to arrange transportation for anyone in a way that violates these Terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.
She & She includes safety-oriented features (e.g. driver verification, trip sharing, ratings). Nonetheless, you use the App and take rides at your own risk. In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly before attempting to resolve the situation through the App. Report any safety incident to us promptly via Help & Support or support@sheandshe.app.
Drivers using the platform are independent, and the specific terms of a ride (vehicle condition, driving conduct, route choices within safe limits) are between you and the driver, subject to our platform policies. THE APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any driver-match will be found within a particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total fares you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, where applicable under Qatari law.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created a safety risk. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time via Help & Support or support@sheandshe.app; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, unless a different dispute-resolution mechanism (e.g. arbitration) is agreed by the parties in writing.

أنت مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم ضمن حسابك. أبلغينا فورًا عبر support@sheandshe.app إذا اشتبهتِ في استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك. توافقين على تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة (بما يشمل تاريخ الميلاد لحسابات الشباب، والذي يُستخدم فقط للتحقق من الأهلية) وعلى إبقائها محدّثة.
تربط She & She الراكبات بسائقات مستقلات لترتيب النقل. نحن منصة تقنية تُسهّل ترتيب الرحلات — ولسنا ناقلاً للنقل، والسائقات لسن موظفات لدينا. لا نضمن توفر السائقة، أو توقيت الرحلة، أو دقة أي مسار أو تقدير أجرة معين. تشمل ميزات الرحلة الحجز الفوري، والرحلات المجدولة، والطلبات الدائمة، حسب التوفر في منطقتك.
تُحسَب الأجرة بناءً على المسافة والوقت والرسوم المطبقة، وتُعرض قبل تأكيد الحجز؛ وقد تختلف الأجرة النهائية بناءً على المسار الفعلي المتّبع. يمكنك الدفع من رصيد المحفظة، أو بطاقة محفوظة، أو نقدًا، حيثما توفر ذلك. شحن المحفظة والأرصدة الترويجية غير قابلة للتحويل، وما لم يقتضِ القانون خلاف ذلك، غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا وفقًا لتقديرنا. قد تُطبَّق رسوم إلغاء إذا ألغيتِ رحلة مؤكدة بعد تعيين سائقة؛ تظهر الرسوم المطبقة في التطبيق وقت الإلغاء. يجب رفع أي اعتراض على رسوم عبر المساعدة والدعم في التطبيق خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الرسوم.
عندما يكون حساب شاب مرتبطًا بمجموعة عائلية:
توافقين على عدم: استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني؛ مضايقة أو تهديد أو تعريض أي سائقة أو مستخدم آخر للخطر؛ تقديم معلومات كاذبة (بما يشمل عمرك أو هويتك)؛ محاولة الالتفاف على ميزات السلامة أو حساب الأجرة أو ضوابط الإنفاق في الحساب العائلي؛ أو استخدام التطبيق لترتيب نقل لأي شخص بطريقة تخالف هذه الشروط. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذا القسم.
يتضمن تطبيق She & She ميزات تُعنى بالسلامة (مثل التحقق من السائقة، مشاركة الرحلة، التقييمات). ومع ذلك، فإنك تستخدمين التطبيق وتقومين برحلاتك على مسؤوليتك الخاصة. في حالة الطوارئ، تواصلي مع خدمات الطوارئ المحلية مباشرة قبل محاولة حل الموقف عبر التطبيق. أبلغينا عن أي حادث يتعلق بالسلامة فورًا عبر المساعدة والدعم أو support@sheandshe.app.
السائقات اللواتي يستخدمن المنصة مستقلات، والشروط المحددة للرحلة (حالة المركبة، سلوك القيادة، اختيارات المسار ضمن الحدود الآمنة) هي بينك وبين السائقة، مع مراعاة سياسات منصتنا. يُقدَّم التطبيق والخدمة "كما هما" و"حسب التوفر"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به. لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق متواصلاً أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، أو أن يتم العثور على سائقة مطابقة خلال وقت معين.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون القطري، لا تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية للشركة الناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو عن استخدامك للتطبيق إجمالي الأجرة التي دفعتِها خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحد من المسؤولية التي لا يجوز الحد منها بموجب القانون المعمول به، بما يشمل المسؤولية عن الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن إهمال الشركة، حيثما ينطبق ذلك بموجب القانون القطري.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك، بإشعار أو دونه، إذا اعتقدنا بشكل معقول أنك خالفتِ هذه الشروط، أو ارتكبتِ احتيالاً، أو تسببتِ في مخاطر تتعلق بالسلامة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر المساعدة والدعم أو support@sheandshe.app؛ راجعي سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا لمعرفة ما يحدث لبياناتك بعد الحذف.
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُخطرك عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني قبل سريان التغييرات. يشكّل استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التغييرات قبولاً للشروط المحدّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر، دون اعتبار لمبادئ تنازع القوانين. يخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو عن التطبيق أو يتعلق بهما للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في قطر، ما لم يتفق الطرفان كتابيًا على آلية مختلفة لتسوية النزاعات (مثل التحكيم).
